Welcome to the Human Rights Legal Support Centre

The new Human Rights Legal Support Centre offers human rights legal services to individuals throughout Ontario who believe they have experienced discrimination.  The Centre’s services range from legal assistance in filing an application at the Tribunal to legal representation on human rights applications.

    Help
The Human Rights Legal Support Centre provides legal assistance to people in communities across Ontario who believe they have experienced discrimination contrary to the Ontario Human Rights Code, and may want to file an Application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
  • What if I already have a complaint at the Commission? If you are a person who has a complaint filed at the Commission as of June 30, 2008, there are special provisions in the Code that apply to your complaint and the Tribunal has developed a special process.
